Blood lipid and atherosclerosis

The test results show that 1 g dried artichoke extract on the DPPH and FRAP EC50 values respectively, and 29.2 mg and 62.6 mg of VC, and 77.9 mg and 159 mg of VE, and has good resistance to LDL oxidation.
